Shipping Methods: The shipping method is selected during checkout with the following delivery options:
General Shipping Guidelines: Domestic Orders: DigitalKitchenStore.com Ships via FedEX and UPS. Shipping not available to PO Boxes. On Televisions 20" and larger, Furniture, Office Chairs and multiple items, please be aware that heavy shipping may apply. Hawaii/Alaska requires Two-day air. International Orders: Currently, we ship only to the United States, Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. A deposit of $45.00 will be added to each order for Canadian Orders. Overnight or 2 DAY Air on Canadian orders not available. We will issue a credit for the difference within 10-14 business days, once the invoice from FedEx or UPS is received. **Buyer is responsible for all customs, taxes, and duties.** A 15% Restock fee and shipping is Non-refundable for shipments Refused. All Sales Final on all International Orders and are backed by the Manufacturer's Warranty. Return Shipping: All types of returns must be freight pre-paid, along with the required Return Authorization number (RMA) and sent via a shipper that provides tracking numbers that are trackable online. A request for a return shipping label can be made and will be deducted from the total credit due for a return as a convenience to our customers.
